Lunch & Learns are talks we do onsite for businesses, designed for their teams and employees.

Lunch & Learns are a great way to have your club, staff meeting or group learn the essential principles of health and healing while enjoying a catered meal. We love doing these events and find it exciting to meet so many community members and share the message of natural wellness and simple strategies they can implement to improve their life, increase productivity, reduce injuries, and avoid illness.

Most Lunch & Learns start with delivery of food to your employees about 15 minutes before the start of the event. Our lunch seminars usually include 15-30 minutes on a topic of your choice that is applicable and helpful for your group.
